Kelly Calls For Offaly To Produce Clinical Edge

Johnny Kelly wants his side to focus on the conversion rate against Meath this weekend.

Making chances and taking chances, that's the focus for the Offaly senior hurlers week-in week-out, according to their manager.

Johnny Kelly's side take on Meath in Trim in round three of the Joe McDonagh Cup this weekend after taking their first win against Westmeath last time out.

Both Adam Screeney are classified as possible injury concerns ahead of the game, while David Nally will miss out after picking up a bad knee injury against the Royals.

Kelly says he's satisfied with how his players dealt with adversity:

Throw in at St Loman's in Trim is at 3pm on Saturday, as is the meeting of Kerry and Laois in Tralee, while Westmeath take on Down at 1pm that afternoon.
